Adorned with a Buddha, our singing bowl becomes a visual centerpiece, creating a serene ambiance in any room. Immerse yourself in the harmonic vibrations as you strike or gently circle the rim, unlocking a gateway to mindfulness and relaxation.

The seven chakras play a vital role in facilitating the flow of energy, chi, or prana throughout the body. Maintaining harmonious balance in these energy centres is key, and our singing bowl, with its Note E resonance, is believed to be a powerful aid in this pursuit.

Specifically attuned to the Solar Plexus chakra (Manipura), this bowl targets the energy centre located in the upper abdomen, influencing personal power, self-esteem, and confidence. As you gently strike or rub the bowl with the included mallet, feel the vibrations reverberate through your body, harmonising your inner energies and promoting a sense of empowerment and self-assurance. When balanced, it fosters a deep sense of personal empowerment, encouraging us to pursue our goals with courage and conviction.

Harmonising the Solar Plexus chakra with our Singing Bowl may lead to profound shifts in emotional well-being, instilling a positive self-image and a renewed zest for life. Experience the transformative power of sound as you align your energies and unlock your full potential with our Singing Bowl tuned to the empowering Note E

NOTE: In both Buddhism and Hinduism, the swastika holds deep spiritual significance and is regarded as a symbol of auspiciousness, prosperity, and well-being.

In Hinduism, the swastika is known as "svastika" and is one of the most sacred symbols. It represents the eternal cycle of life, creation, and the universe. The four arms of the swastika are often associated with the four Vedas, the ancient sacred texts of Hinduism, and the four stages of life (ashramas). Additionally, the swastika symbolizes the sun, with its rays radiating outwards, bringing warmth, light, and life to the world. It is commonly used in religious ceremonies, rituals, and decorations to invoke blessings and ward off negativity.

In Buddhism, the swastika is called "manji" in Japanese and "sauwastika" in Sanskrit. It is one of the 65 auspicious symbols on the footprint of the Buddha and represents the Buddha's teachings (Dharma), the cycle of samsara (the endless cycle of birth, death, and rebirth), and the interconnectedness of all beings.
